Xoterik: \ek-se'-ter-ik\  1) information meant to be shared with the public; 2) relating to the external; outside

A client once described the work I do as pertinent to people who live in a box, unable to gain perspective on their life and work.  Every so often, I come around and force you to poke your head out and look around.

The recent proliferation of consultants and coaches for every possible function in life has flooded the market with cookie-cutter solutions and bad advice.  Xoterik takes a uniquely different approach to coaching by focusing on YOU, not our process.  There is no book, no rote step-by-step solution to all your problems, and no dogmatic insistence on conformity to some academic principle that flys in the face of real world practice.

No disrespect to people who ascribe to those methods.  On the contrary, I guarantee you most of the canned solutions will work IF (and this is a huge if) you follow them exactly as prescribed.  The problem of course is that in 16 years of small business and individual consulting, I have never known anyone who is capable of 100% compliance.  Let’s face facts, if you were as driven to succeed as Pat Riley you probably wouldn’t need to read his book to become a “winner.”

Xoterik has coached businesses ranging in size from 1 employee with $250K in sales to 20 + people companies with sales in excess of $10M in too many industries to count.  Our success is built on years of consulting experience, the knowledge gleaned from hands-on coaching and the ability to listen to you as an individual.  Xoterik will help you honestly assess your organization and devise realistic plans and achievable goals.  After all, what’s the point of hiring a consultant if all you get is a beautifully bound report that proves what you already know.

Get out of your box and start making real measurable progress today!
